Dear Kindred,

Can I tell you about my first few days as a gypsy nurse! Something I am certain about is the passion and love that consumes the people I’ve already met are so inspiring. They exude such a beautiful display of human love. I feel right at home and have already learned an intense amount of new information as a NICU nurse. My brain is exploding and my heart is so full that I get the opportunity to love on all those tiny fighters! I’ve been happily reminded about why God passionately placed NICU on my heart! Now, I’m off to the Black Hills!

This week I’ve teamed up with Tin Wagon Boutique to bring you some great pieces that give the western look a modern vintage spin! First up the bell bottom flare! Stay tuned for future posts featuring Tin Wagon!

The only jeans in my closet were skinny jeans & boyfriend jeans. The bell bottom trend has been a bit intimidating to me. Now that I have a pair, I don’t think I’ll be turning back from the flare anytime soon. I love everything about these! The lace-up front, the wash and of course the comfort! I think there are a few things that’ll help us all rock the bells. Ultimately, the trick to mastering any revolving revival trend is to mix it in with your modern pieces!

The bell bottom jeans with a high waist, tight from the knees up and flared at the bottom give a very flattering look on almost any figure. They elongate the legs and provide a different look than my go to skinny jean. The hem length is super important and must just sweep the floor. Naturally, I believe they can adapt to each figure and body shape but, it’s pertinent to find a pair that fits you well!

I wanted to play up the little details by adding the purple strap bralette, fringe cardigan, hat and leopard booties to add a few different dimensions and textures! Also, these leopard booties are on super sale and going fast. It’s fun to add a patterned shoe to pop.

Be sure to follow Tin Wagon on Facebook & Instagram to keep up with all their new arrivals! And if they aren’t an empowering women’s boutique I don’t know what is! Like I’ve said before and maybe you can tell from all my different posts, but I have such a wide range of styles that I love. My style is always evolving and inspired in so many different ways! And Tin Wagon has me inspired!
