Dear Kindred,

As I sit inside today watching the weather channel forecast snow (whaaaatttt), I want to tell you about some of the ladies I’ve met through my blog. Women who are overall empowering to other women, have vision and grace, soft – hearted but strong, admired for their hearts and above all else honest, open & raw. We were placed on this earth to love people and create relationships. Relationships to share our dreams, empower confidence and to love people.

This dress from Cotton On is nothing like I’ve ever worn before. My all time love lately. It’s not confided to just jeans anymore. It’s versatile, wearable and inescapable. Denim dresses can be worn completely alone or paired in so many ways. I feel like denim is considered a neutral staple. Am I right? This denim shift dress depending on what type of vibe you are going for,  will definitely make a statement and I am loving the blue fabric of any denim dress.

This denim is more like a chambray material and super soft. What I love about this button down dress is there are so many things to be worn with it! Layering it over a different dress unbuttoned, adding a shirt overtop for a skirt type look, or under a cardigan/vest/blazer. I love it just by itself because of the pattern!

The artistry of a denim dress is the patterns, cuts and styles that are around. It makes for an easy ensemble that can ride on the spectrum from dressy to casual and comfortable. Like I always say as well can be worn year round, during all seasons.

You can also accessorize denim dresses to the extreme. Let me elaborate. Tights, scarves, hats, elaborate shoes, jewelry, sunnies. Belt. Add any colored accessory. TA-da! The denim dress is a revolution. Easy to build an outfit around and such a staple stunner! My favorite sandal heels from Shoe Dazzle on repeat.

I  hope you have a wonderful week! Remember, the most beautiful thing a woman can wear is confidence. Love yourself for who you are, and who you are not! Chase your dreams, be in love with your life & love people! What’s one thing you can do this week to make your dream become a reality?

Before you saw the light of day, I had holy plans for you
