Dear Kindred,

We.are.mountain.people! Spending a few days back in the Black Hills just reminds us of that! I grew up camping and spending time outdoors so it’s something I love. There’s something so calming about listening to the stream run, seeing the growth of new buds and blooms and the contrast of colors as nature comes back to life.

First, let’s talk about a little bittersweet moment I loved from the weekend. We drove past where my hubs proposed (I’ll save that cute story for another day) and then took a little hike with gorgeous views of beautiful waterfalls, trout swimming and the clearest water ever. Nature can truly reset and refuel!

If you not only want to find adorable pieces of clothing and also be encouraged fiercely, Blooms and Linen is the place to be! Today they posted a photo with this quote from propel women – “Our world needs women who are dangerously awake, fully alive & unified in heart and purpose.” I seriously love that and how true ladies? God’s purpose is HUGE for you. No matter our messiness & brokenness. I’m serious – these ladies are amazing!Hold the press and stop the party. Let’s be real, this swanky top is so flattering and fun! I’m loving the off the shoulder trend and stripes are one of my favorite patterns. This top has a fit like a body suit so can be worn a few different ways. I love high waisted anything and chose to do a little more dramatic snappy casual look with the harem pants.

It would look great paired with some high waisted denim jeans, cotton shorts, a layer under a tank cardigan, or a poofy skirt. The material is so soft and easily sassed up or down. Off the shoulder is a versatile style with a stunning neckline that you must try. This is a sleek and stunning style that leaves you looking polished and put together. Choose simple styles to pair with these more fitted tops.

I asked earlier today on my Instagram are you a lover of camping or is glamping more your style?! Let me know!

His mercies are new every morning
